Questions people ask

What is a credit?
Credits pay for Chappo's building work. When you ask for a new page, a new report, a change to how something works, Chappo estimates what it will take and tells you before starting. One credit is worth about ten cents of building.
What counts as a small change?
Renaming something, moving a button, fixing a typo, changing a label. Chappo just does those. No quote, no credits. If a change is real work, Chappo says so and quotes it first.
Is talking to Chappo really free?
Yes. Ask it about your numbers, plan your week with it, think out loud about the business. The conversation is never metered. You only spend credits when you say yes to a build.
What does an agent actually do for its price?
An agent answers customers, books, follows up, sends reminders, updates records, whatever job you give it, on WhatsApp, Instagram, your website or inside your workspace. Each agent handles up to 1,000 tasks a month. If one gets busy, Chappo will suggest hiring another.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Chappo tells you before a build that you are short, and you choose: wait for next month's refill, or top up. Top-ups are $50 for 500, $200 for 2,500, $500 for 7,000, and they never expire.
Do unused credits carry over?
Plan credits carry over one month, so a quiet month is not wasted. Top-up credits stay until you use them.
What is the Keep plan?
Keep is for a business whose app is built and just needs to keep running. It is not a starting point. You begin on Starter or above, build what you need, and move to Keep when you are done changing things. You can move back any time.
Can I try it before paying?
The first conversation is free. Chappo learns your business and proposes what it would build. You only pay once you say build it, and your first month's credits are meant to cover that first build.
